the santa elena welcome sign

The new municipal government of Santa Elena created a new welcome sign for the city at the south entrance. What’s interesting is it includes the pyramid of Chichen Itza (instead of the neighboring Uxmal), their landmark church, and the Golden Gate bridge in San Francisco. Presumably the latter is because so many members of the Santa Elena community now live and work in San Francisco and San Rafael, CA.
